I graduated from Virginia Tech with a degree in Computer Science and currently run a small web development company called Alpha Web Presence. I am a Christian and currently serve as the Vice Chair of the Libertarian Party of Okaloosa County. I am running for Congress: 2012 US House of Representatives FL-01.
I have many possible labels: libertarian, non-aggressionist, non-interventionist, voluntarist, individualist, free market capitalist, civil disobedient, fiscal conservative, paleoconservative (or paleocon), even classical liberal (a philosophy committed to the ideal of limited government, liberty of individuals, and free markets). I believe in the rights of the individual, endowed by our Creator, to life, liberty, and (earned) property. I believe that the initiation of force against someone who has not initiated force is immoral and authoritarian. I advocate voluntarism and nonviolence. True Liberty is my goal.
