    US passes $106 BILLION “supplemental appropriations” bill (H.R. 2346), aka, INTERNATIONAL BAILOUT to SUSTAIN the war. everyone who believed a vote for Obama was a vote for a peace candidate is yelling “where’s my change?!”… right?
